Republican party chief Reince Priebus on Tuesday declared that   Donald Trump   will be the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, after Ted Cruz dropped out of the race.   "Donald Trump will be presumptive @GOP nominee, we all need to unite and focus on defeating @HillaryClinton," Priebus said on social networking site Twitter.
