Asia's oil markets are being upended as India's and China's refiners overtake once-dominant buyers likeJapan and challenge the United States as the world's biggest consumer.

The shifts are not only establishing new trade routes but are also challenging the way oil is priced in the region as the new players push for more cash cargoes and fewer long-term deals.

Ahead of the commercial launch of Reliance Jio (RJio) in April, the Ambani brothers on Monday inked the spectrum trading and sharing agreements for 800 Mhz spectrum, which will bolster RJIo’s spectrum holdings. NSG to take up Pakistan, India's membership requests this week The Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) 2016 annual plenary, which begins in   Seoul   on Monday, will take up membership requests from both   India   and   Pakistan   on June 23-24.
