A chartered aircraft with 81 people on board, including a Brazilian first division soccer team heading to   Colombia Plane Crash   for a regional tournament final, has crashed on its way to Medellin's international airport. Aviation authorities said there are reports of at least six survivors. Brazil launches Olympic anti-terrorism campaign Brazil   has launched an awareness campaign designed to foil terror plots during the Rio Olympics   in August. "It's a simple, informative campaign without calling for hysteria," defence ministry official Luiz Felipe Linhares said in a statement on Tuesday, Xinhua news agency reported. The South American country is not a traditional terrorist target and the government hopes the initiative will reduce Rio's vulnerability to possible attacks. The campaign involves the distribution of brochures, posters and booklets explaining how to identify people engaging in suspicious activity, officials said. Olympics could be big failure amid crisis: Rio Governor Rio de Janeiro's interim Governor Francisco Dornelles has admitted the upcoming Olympic   Games   could be a "big failure" if there were no appropriate measures taken in regards to security and transport. Dornelles declared an unprecedented "state of public calamity in financial administration" earlier this month with less than 50 days until the opening ceremony, which could threaten "the fulfilment of the obligations as a result of the Olympic and Paralympic Games   Rio 2016 ", Xinhua news agency reported. Brazil's   federal government   has already reportedly agreed to disburse federal funds to cover Rio's shortfall, prioritising any projects considered necessary for the Games. India has been ranked at 76th position in public sectorcorruption out of 168 countries in the Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index 2015, improving its slot from 85 in 2014 and 94 in 2013. Although corruption is still rife globally, many countries improved their scores in the 2015 edition of the corruption index, a Trasparency International statement said on Wednesday. Overall, two-thirds of the 168 countries on the 2015 index scored below 50 points on a scale from 0 (perceived to be highly corrupt) to 100 (perceived to be very clean). Despite an improvement in the overall ranking, India’s corruption perception score remains the same as last year at 38/100, which is seen as insufficient improvement. Brazil, Burkina Faso, Thailand, Tunisia and Zambia are the other countries that shares the same ranking as India. China fared worse than India and Brazil at rank 83 with a score of 37.
