Micromax launches 20 new devices, new logo

Micromax in an unprecedented move launched 15 smartphones, two LED TV, two tabs and a smartwatch. The company also announced their new corporate strategy, which they called   Micromax   3.0, and released their newly designed logo. All in a day. The Chinese inflow in to the electronics market is gathering attention from the customers. Because many of them are doing very well in India. Micromax one of the top five brands in India plans to be the number 1 brand in the country and one of the top 5 globally. As the first step, they launched twenty new products, including two flagship smartphones, Canvas 6and Canvas Pro. Both priced at Rs 13,999. The   Canvas 6 Pro   is the company's first full metal body design. The 5.5 inch phone gas a fingerprint scanner in the back. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. Former Nepal PM Sushil Koirala passes away

Nepal’s former  Prime Minister Sushil Koirala , who was credited with promulgating the country’s new Constitution in September last year to complete a stalled peace process, died here early today after a bout of pneumonia.  79-year-old Koirala, who was Nepal’s Prime Minister from February 2014 to October 2015, died at his residence in Maharajgunj in the outskirt of capital Kathmandu at 12.50 am (local time), Nepali Congress general secretary Prakash Man Singh told PTI.  Koirala, the president of the country’s biggest political party, the  Nepali Congress , was suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).  Koirala’s doctor Kabirnath Yogi said Koirala died after he developed pneumonia in bronchitis’ infection due to change in the weather.  “Everything was normal till Monday evening, the amount of oxygen being administrated to him was increased,” Yogi said,  “He had a normal meal yesterday evening. Afghan-Pak wing of ISIS a 'foreign terrorist organisation': US

Afghanistan-Pakistan wing of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has been declared as a ‘foreign terrorist organisation’ by the United States The US Department of State under Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act announced the designation of Islamic State Khurasan (ISIL-K) as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation (FTO), reported the Dawn. This week, the group carried out terrorist attacks at Pakistani diplomatic missions in Afghanistan and has also been involved in previous terrorist attacks in Pakistan.  Read Articles
