Retest not to delay CBSE Class 10, Class 12 results 2018: Find likely date

There will be no delay in CBSE Class 12 results due to re-examination following the CBSE paper leaks. Nearly a month after the CBSE exam question papers were leaked, the re-test of the Class 12 Economics paper took place on April 25. A Bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra agreed to hear the case for an urgent hearing on Wednesday. Earlier, the All India Parents Association seeked for a court-monitored probe into the CBSE paper leak through a PIL. The SC hearing will also consider the petitioners' plea for an investigation into the leaks and declaration of results on the basis of exams already conducted, according to news agency IANS.
