#AmarnathTerrorAttack: 7 pilgrims killed, 19 injured in Anantnag

12 others, including policeman injured; attack follows J&K police bust of LeT module Terrorists on Monday killed seven  Amarnath Terror Attack  pilgrims, including six women, and injured 19 others as they struck at a bus in Kashmir's Anantnag district, in the worst attack on the annual pilgrimage since the year 2001. The bus bearing the registration number GJ09Z 9976 was attacked around 08.20 pm near Khanabal when it was on its way to from Srinagar Jammu, police said. The deceased from Gujarat were identified as Hasuben Ratila Patal, Surakha Ben and Lakshimiben S Patal from Valsad, Ratan Zeena Bhai Patal of Daman and Prajapati Champaben of Navsari, a Jammu and Kashmir police spokesperson said. Modi condemns terror attack at Peshawar university

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today strongly condemned the terror attack at a university in Pakistan and expressed condolences to the families of the deceased. “Strongly condemn the terror attack at Bacha Khan University in Pakistan. Condolences to families of the deceased. Veterans pay homage to Pathankot terror attack martyrs

Pathankot attack: Operation enters third day, more forces rushed to air base

The operation against militants holed up at  Pathankot  air base entered the third day today after explosions and firing continued intermittently overnight. Security forces had yesterday killed one of the at least two terrorists on the second day of the attack in which seven security personnel lost their lives including a Lieutenant Colonel of the NSG. Four terrorists were eliminated on Saturday when they had struck at the air base.
