Aamir Khan removed as brand ambassador of Incredible India


The Tourism Ministry has removed actor Aamir Khan as brand ambassador of Incredible India, news reports said.

In November last year, Aamir had courted controversy by saying that his wife, Kiran Rao, was considering whether to move out of the country with their child due to the prevalence of an atmosphere of “intolerance”.

Amazon now has customers in 100% serviceable pin-codes in India: Jeff Bezos

Duties on life saving drugs hiked

The government on Friday raised import duty on life saving and bulk drugs used to treat cancer, rabies, Parkinson’s disease among others to help domestic players.
